Shipping Policy

We ship free anywhere in the USA! If you live outside the USA please email us prior to ordering.

You can now track your order from the home page.
    1. Simply click "Track Order" on the top left off the home page.
    2. Enter your Email and Order Number with the # hashtag.
    3. Click "Track" to see where your item is.

    (If you're order has not shipped yet it will not appear on the tracking page yet. Please try again tomorrow.)

     

    • Please allow 1-2 business days for us to hand make and ship your customized items.
    • Delivery times vary per product, but most arrive within 2-5 business days.
    • To better serve our customers, we fill our orders out throughout the day for fastest shipping. If you would like to cancel an order, please email us immediately, your best chance to cancel any order placed is by emailing us before 4PM EST.
    • If we are not able to cancel your in time, we can still refund your order. You will need to receive your order first and then email us to begin the return and refund process.
    • Please make sure to enter your personal delivery address in correctly when ordering, or your package may be delayed or considered undeliverable.
    • We cannot give refunds for incorrectly entered addresses due to the volume of items we ship out.
