Refund Policy

We have an easy 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it.

To start a return:

  1. Please email us at to start the return process.
  2. If accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Once we receive your return you get a full refund.


Please do not ship your item back without contacting us first.


Damages and Shipment Issues

Please visually inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item.



The most efficient process is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Due to a high number of "wrong size orders" we are no longer able to give free exchanges if you order the incorrect size. Unfortunately we've had too many customers take advantage of this and get multiple free items.



Every order gets a USPS tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number within 3 days of your payment please email us for assistance.

Confirm your address before ordering. We are unable to alter shipping details after any item leaves our shop.



Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Depending on your card or bank, refunds will appear in 3-5 business days.
